Internal expedition operations. The office runs trips, suppliers, money and people. Field staff add each day’s expenses from the phone, against the day they are actually on.
For the computer. Today’s work, trips, team, suppliers, expense review, settlements, reports and settings.
For the phone. My Trips, today, add an expense with a bill, your own money, and the sending queue.
Sign-in, roles, the database and private bill storage are real. Accounts are created by an admin, every read and write is checked on the server, and what you change is still there after a restart.
Two things are not built yet. Working without a signal — holding an expense on the phone and sending it later — is Stage 3, so an expense can only be recorded while you are online. Reading a bill automatically is Stage 4; that screen shows a clearly marked sample, not a real scan. The data itself is made up, but it behaves like the real thing.
